Notes

Served overseas in the Army Air Corps during World War II and in the Korean War. In the Korean War he flew “hedge-hopping missions” spotting enemy troops. He later joined his father in the Service Equipment business and went on to work in Engineering and Constructionat the Fort Polk Army Base outside Leesville. [1]
