This message is years old, so hopefully you have gotten somewhere in your research...My husband is a grandson of Jesse Bradly Baskin, who was a younger brother of Donie and older brother of Turner Landon. Their parents were Rufus J. Baskin and Madora E. (they MAY have been first cousins)! Other children were Crahard Melvin, who I believe has a road named after him in Tipton County, Thelma I. and Elbert T. Rufus was a son of Rufus T. and Martha Helen Dacus. Rufus T. was a son of Moses. I am in the process of researching my husband's family, so if there are any Baskin descendents out there who have additional info, I would love it!
