  Andrew Thomas Smith Date of Death - April 19, 2006 Andrew Thomas Smith of Atoka died at his residence. Mr. Smith, 96, was a retired farmer and member of Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Services were April 22 at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Atoka. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn S. Parrish of Bartlett; a son, Wayne L. Smith of Germantown; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. [3]
