  Pine Bluff Commercial (AR) - April 30, 2008 Deceased Name: Robert Moyers Robert Earl "Bob" Moyers, age 64, of Pine Bluff died Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Born July 16, 1943, at Galveston, Texas, he was a son of Mary L. Moyers of Pine Bluff and the late Willard Eugene "Bill" Moyers. He graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 1962 and later served in the United States Navy. He worked at the Cotton Belt Railroad for 19 years as a locomotive engineer, and was also a master plumber. A sister, Annette Eads preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Katherine "Kathy" Jacks Moyers, whom he married on July 5, 1973; a son, David Christopher "Chris" Moyers of Fayetteville; a brother, Roy Moyers of Pine Bluff; other family by marriage, Nicks Eads, Jane and Ray Jacks, Marie and Harvey Jacks, Marion Jacks, and Dorothy Green, all of Pine Bluff; Eloise Stewart of Puckett, Miss.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel, with Brother Bobby Hartsfield officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The family requests donation be made to the Family Council of Davis Life Care Center to be used for activities.
