  Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN, USA) - July 17, 1992 Deceased Name: MUNFORD - Jack Allen Wooten MUNFORD - Jack Allen Wooten, 83, retired farmer and landowner, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis after a long illness. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Helen Crigger Cemetery. A World War II Army veteran, he was a member of Munford Presbyterian Church. Mr. Wooten, the widower of Louise Driskell Wooten, leaves a stepson, Jimmy Harris of Henderson, Texas; a sister, Sarah Wooten Gordon of Munford; three brothers, Robert Wooten and Paul Wooten, both of Munford, and W. H. Wooten of Covington, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Munford Presbyterian Church Family Life Center or a charity of the donor's choice.
