  ATOKA - Jennie Faulkner Wortham, 83, teacher, died Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Salem Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, where she was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Munford Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Women of the Church. Mrs. Wortham, the wife of Wales Wortham, also leaves a daughter, Sarah Champagne of Atoka; a son, Ben Wortham of Orange Park, Fla., five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
