STRONG, 78, of Memphis, retired salesman from Wrigley Gum Co., died Saturday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Woodland Presbyterian Church, where he was a member, with burial in Memorial Park. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Mr. Strong, the widower of Turesia Strong, leaves a son, Tim Strong of Memphis; a sister, Mary Agnes McCarter of New Jersey, and three grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to MIFA or Woodland Presbyterian Church.
