  Edith Beverly Pitts, 79, Republic, Missouri, was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, D.B. and Mary Permenter, and daughter Charlene (Pitts) Yarborough. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles Pitts II of Republic, Missouri; aunt, Nell Smith of Jackson, Mississippi; children David Pitts and his wife, Karon, of Republic, Missouri, Louise Pitts of Battlefield, Missouri, Charles Pitts III of Knobnoster, Missouri, and Robert Pitts of Springfield, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Katrina Till and her husband, Tracy, Lisa, David, and Jeremy See, Brittney, Brian, Steven, Kassie and Charles Pitts IV; and three great-grandchildren, Brittney, Lauren and Chase.
